DA specialise in automating and improving your production processes. Our state of the art in-house 3D design & manufacturing capability enables us to design, develop and build bespoke special purpose machinery that helps you cut processing time and costs, and which looks and performs exceptionally.
OUR WORKING METHOD
We develop each SPE project in three phases designed to lock-in speed, clarity and quality:
- Phase 1: We talk to your engineers and key personnel to understand exactly what the aims and goals of the project are. We’ll then advise what is possible and where improvements can be made and provide a quote for the work.
- Phase 2: We develop a fully-costed 3D engineering model of the proposal. In our experience, 3D modelling allows non-technical staff to visualise the proposal and make valuable input to the final design. During frequent reviews we also seek the input of operators and engineers, leading to Design Approval.
- Phase 3: Only when we have Design Approval do we commence manufacture of your new machinery. Production takes place entirely at our facility and means we have 100% control of all aspects of the build. Full control also ensures that, when the unexpected occurs, we can swiftly resolve any issues with minimal cost and disruption to the production schedule.Contact us now
